This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Muneebotix Labs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, protects, and outlines your rights regarding your personal and professional information when you use the AI Lawyers Diary mobile application, website, and associated cloud services (collectively, the “Service”).

We recognize the highly sensitive nature of the legal profession, advocate-client privilege, and courtroom confidentiality under the laws of Pakistan. This Policy reflects our strict operational standards to protect your professional case records.

1. Information Collection

To provide and maintain the Service, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: When you register, we collect personal information including your full name, email address, phone number, bar council registration details (if provided), and subscription status.
• User-Generated Content: Case titles, court names, hearing dates, client contact numbers, diary notes, and attached court documents input by you into the Service.
• Device and Technical Data: Standard diagnostic data, operating system versions, device models, and crash reports required to ensure mobile application stability across Android devices.
• Camera and Document Scanning: To utilize Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document scanning, the mobile application requires camera permissions. Images captured are processed solely for text extraction and are not stored permanently on public servers unless saved by you to your case file.

2. Artificial Intelligence Processing & Zero Public Model Training

The Service integrates artificial intelligence to provide statutory legal search, brief summarization, deadline extraction, and first-draft generation.

Data transmitted for AI processing is ephemeral and retained only as long as required to return the structured response to your device.

3. Data Security & Storage Architecture

• Encryption in Transit: All communications between the mobile application, web services, and cloud databases are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2+).
• Encryption at Rest: Case records, document uploads, and database entries are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
• Access Controls & Chamber Isolation: Granular role-based access control (RBAC) rules ensure that only authenticated advocates can view their individual cases or cases explicitly shared within their designated law firm chamber.
• No Personnel Access: Muneebotix Labs engineers do not inspect or access your confidential case notes or legal briefs.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or case information. Limited data is processed solely by infrastructure partners essential to delivering the Service:

• Cloud Hosting & Database: Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform (under enterprise cloud data processing terms).
• Subscription Management: RevenueCat and Google Play Store for in-app billing verification.
• Enterprise AI Provider: Google Cloud / Gemini API private endpoints for legal text extraction and precedent search.
• Website Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with strict IP anonymization, governed by Google Consent Mode v2.

5. Website Analytics & Cookie Practices (Google Consent Mode v2)

To gauge public site adoption, monitor page rendering performance, and understand referral traffic from the Google Play Store, we utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Our analytics configuration complies with rigorous privacy standards:

• Strict IP Anonymization: IP addresses are masked and anonymized by default before processing.
• Zero Client or Case Data: Case titles, court names, hearing dates, client PII, and legal notes are strictly prohibited from analytics pipelines.
• Google Consent Mode v2: Analytics cookies remain denied until you explicitly grant consent through our Cookie Banner. When declined, GA4 operates exclusively in cookieless ping mode or halts.
• Meta Pixel (Opt-In Only): Marketing conversion tracking through Meta Pixel is completely disabled by default and only initializes if you choose to explicitly authorize marketing cookies.
• Managing Preferences: You can adjust or revoke your cookie choices at any time via the Cookie Banner settings at the bottom of our website.

6. Your Legal Rights & Data Retention

Under applicable data protection principles, you possess the following rights:

• Access & Export: You may request an export of your case diary records at any time.
• Correction: You can edit or update any case or profile details directly within the mobile app.
• Account Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated cloud case records. Upon confirmation, data is permanently purged from active databases.
