SECURITY & DATA ISOLATION ARCHITECTURE
In the legal profession, confidentiality is not a feature—it is an ethical and statutory obligation. We designed AI Lawyers Diary with compartmentalized infrastructure to ensure your clients' case facts remain privileged and protected.
Encryption in Transit (TLS 1.2+)
Every data exchange between your mobile application, backend Cloud Functions, and database clusters occurs over secure Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher) cryptographic buffers with modern cipher suites.
Encryption at Rest (AES-256)
All Firestore documents, hearing events, and brief attachments uploaded to Cloud Storage are encrypted automatically at rest using industry-standard Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) keys.
Zero Public Model Training
We strictly utilize enterprise-tier private APIs for AI. Under our contractual data safeguards, your uploaded case text, FIR excerpts, and client names are never retained, logged, or utilized to train or fine-tune public foundation models.
Chamber Role-Based Access (RBAC)
Firestore security rules enforce strict multi-tenant boundaries. A lawyer outside your chamber can never read or query your case records. Within chambers, role permissions separate Partner, Associate, and Clerk actions.
