Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “Advocate”) and Muneebotix Labs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the AI Lawyers Diary application, website, and services.

By installing, accessing, or utilizing the Service, you signify your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use and uninstall the mobile application immediately.

1. Professional & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service strictly for lawful professional legal practice. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to transmit, store, or process fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful materials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or proprietary AI prompts of the Service.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent security controls, authentication rules, or chamber isolation protocols.
• Share single-user account credentials across multiple individuals outside of designated Law Firm Pro chamber seats.

2. Intellectual Property & User Content Ownership

Your Data (User IP): You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of all case records, client facts, brief documents, and notes that you input into the Service. Muneebotix Labs claims zero ownership or intellectual property rights over your user content.

Company IP: Muneebotix Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the AI Lawyers Diary application, user interfaces, branding, software architecture, and proprietary legal workflow configurations.

3. In-App Subscriptions & Billing

AI Lawyers Diary offers a free Solo Basic plan alongside optional subscription upgrades (Solo Professional and Law Firm Pro).

• Google Play Billing: All in-app subscription payments are managed and billed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing via RevenueCat.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your Google Play subscription management dashboard. Refunds are subject to Google Play standard refund policies.
• No Web Checkout: The website provides product information only and does not process payments or collect credit card information.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muneebotix Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, courtroom adjournments, missed filing deadlines, or claims arising from reliance on automated case citations or draft pleadings.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
